So i placed 2 orders for  switches back in jan... Went to cancel them a few days before shipping since we got them  using credit at best buy... they shipped them.. They said they would tell UPS to send them back.. Instead of sending them back  a worker at  UPS signed for them and says delivered 

Target is now telling us nothing they can do....  SO i just dispute the charges   

anyone else have this kind of problems with target

 
I've never experienced that type of problem ordering from Target.  Sounds like you got more of a theft problem with the UPS driver.

 
You can't tell anything from a slidecage post anyway.  He is horrible at expressing any points.  His definition of "a few days" could mean like 2.  Basically sounds like he waited till the 2 or 3 day window on shipping that most stores do before he tried to cancel a release day item, and it shipped.  He could be pulling a stolen card now to try to get target to eat it too, who knows.

nope and called up target and they said they would contact ups TO send the items back... first they just put a hold on them so i had to call them back and then they put SHIP Back... they did ship it back to Indy but then it showed delivered to dock and signed for.. now the other one shows it was return but this one doesnt..

Also anyone else order from target cause this seems weird as well

why would it be multiple packages ?

also contacted them over chat today now they are trying to say the label was ripped off and could not been return and they have no clue where the item is

Never trust something like that to ups.  Just receive them and return them yourselves directly to a target store.

But since when did target orders require signatures anyway?  It's possible they are still sending them back somehow, especially if there is no record of it being delivered to your house.

something is up cause now they are saying they group them into 1 package (both systems) but now they are saying they can only offer me a gift card.... tried to contact paypal about this WTF 2 + hour wait

long story short i guess DO NOT USE paypal cause they cant refund it

i feel sorry for the dude on goozex.... I got some WM wwe box.. Had all of the WM in for for like 3000 pts i think one of the disc were missing dude goes write into them and i give you 200 back.. Wrote in and they gave me my entire 3000 back and told keep the box set.... doubt its worth much now but back then it hink it was 100 or 200 bucks

This is nothing, I tried to cancel my Switch order after it was delivered AND THEY WOULDN'T DO IT UNLESS I PAID TO SHIP IT BACK!!! I wanted to CANCEL my order, NOT RETURN IT!!!

DON'T SHOP AT TARGET!!!

Oh, I'm so sorry you got an extra Switch. How will you cope with having an extra console that many people can't find anywhere.

Oh - what will you do!?! Cough, ahem - uh - take it back to the store, genius.

Seriously, this and Slidecage - neither is Target's fault.

I've read it several times over, and no matter how I read it, there was no way to take him seriously. :(

Also, the rest of the thread is the context, so yeah. Just notice how he purposefully capped the parts that were meant to counter the slidecaging. Sarcasm. ;D

after what happen saturday  i might as well be like the rest of the people  and pull scams  so sick of this bullshit. You get up  go to work everyday and people are allowed to get  away with it. When you complain   they other person on the phone goes  like O well too bad

 
To be honest I was recently burned by Target and none too pleased.

So I bought some stuff from Target via Paypal online. Requested a return/refund. Was given a gift card....I told them I didn't want a gift card I wanted my money back. They said they can't give money back for Paypal unless you go to a store and they can give you cash, paypal doesn't allow it because it's a secure system or something. That is nonsense because Best Buy does it, even with partial refunds. Hell everyone can do it if they want, so this is a case of Target not willing to do it instead of unable.

So on my most recent purchase for some storage containers. I wasn't sure if they would work, but I gave it a go. $12 or so total. Paid with paypal for store pickup. I get the items go home, not great. So I bring em back a few days later. Employee could not find the order, nothing he did worked. Scanned the order barcode, typed in the order #, nothing.

So he said he would have to do it as a no receipt return but that I would have to get it on a gift card. I was like, but I paid with Paypal. He said there was nothing he could do, system can't find the order and system won't allow cash for a non-receipt return....

So I said fine whatever. Then when he did it I noticed it was giving me almost $2 less then I paid because the in store price was less then online for some damn reason. So I said "um I paid more then that for those"...oh...well there isn't anything I can do about that. I was in a rush to catch a movie so I just took the gift card and left...

 
For online pickup orders, there is a separate return barcode that you can print from your order history.
