So I just got a Switch today and could use some advice and help with which accessories to get. Seems to be a lot cases and screen protectors and not sure what to get. Also , do I get a glass or regular screen protector ?
I think I'm going to get the 128gb San disk ultra from Amazon or have best buy price match for 40.00
What cheap ish download games are good to play? I'm thinking about snipperclips and the new shovel knight treasure trove. I have been told that treasure trove also includes shovel knight , the new one and a expansion? If so I can trade my wiiu and 3ds copies towards it.
Thanks

You definitely need a screen protector. People have reported scratched screens from docking and undocking it. Mine didn't do that, but better safe than sorry. Look for a tempered glass screen protector; they eliminate unsightly fingerprints while you play. They are still there, just not as prominent as they are on a regular screen protector.

I would look for a carry case for it as it is a portable system, and by design, you will want to travel with it. I have their official Nintendo one and I'm content with it, but I would rather have a different one. There are some on Amazon that protrude out ever so sightly on the bottom to where the ZR and ZL buttons are well housed in the case without applies pressure of my flat one. Mine isn't like that, and I fear that these buttons will wear faster than normal over time...

As for games, all I currently have played is Zelda. It is great! I did download the Dragon Quest Heroes I and II demo from the JP eshop and, although I like it, I think I might have to bite the bullet and get pro controller to play that one...

Which brings me to my last point, the damn controller... I played Zelda for 70+ hours and had a blast before I decided to beat Calamity Ganon. The controls were great! No issues, but folks have reported that they will make accidental button presses while playing because of various reasons. They went pro controller and never went back. I mean, the damn thing is $70... So you have to decide if it is a necessity of just a quality of life adjustment. For me, for a game like DQH I&II, I'm going to have to have it... And probably for Splatoon 2... The global test fire really was an eye opener.

You might have asked what time it is and I replied with how to build a clock, but I hope some of my experiences have helped you. Sorry I don't have any links for you. The switch is a great system and I hope you enjoy it! Good luck finding a pro controller if you decide you need one. They are a pain to find... Almost as hard to find as a switch itself!
