Best debit/credit rewards?

For cash back, 2% is the highest you're going to find without any gimmick/promotional offer/etc
The two I know of/owned are Fidelity Rewards Visa and Citi Double Cash

The cards offering 5% are generally in specific category and only a certain dollar amount in purchases qualify for that high cashback. They're good if you can take advantage of them but the threshold for these offers is way under $10k
There are a bunch of other credit cards out, you'll have to look into/research them on your own and see what you want (cashback/flyer points/etc).
