I thought the performance of Evil Within 1 on my original Xbox One was spotty at times.

 

I'm wondering if its worth going back to see if its universally locked at 30fps on the XB1X, and if so...perhaps giving Evil Within 2 a shot - as it is supposed to get an Enhanced patch eventually, I think.

 

Is finishing Evil Within 1 needed to fully enjoy Evil Within 2...?  Isn't 2 supposed to be a markedly better game overall?

Why does it say that these deals are done in 4 days? I thought these prices were from 17-27? They seem to be only including the first 4 days, which are for gold members. In the past, did they remove games change the deals after the first 4 days?

Performance mode can hit 60 in smaller areas, but for the most part it looks/feels like the mid 40s. Quality mode keeps it at 30 with a couple stutters here and there from which I can assume is a loading thing.

So from this sale I got One Piece Burning Blood Gold pack, Lara Croft & TToO season pass, Batman season one complete, Banner Saga and Just Cause 3 XL. I'm fine with this.

 

Also side note: the first game on my games & apps is sorted as "The Banner Saga" and the second is merely sorted as "Banner Saga 2" in short, they really gotta remove the "The" from sorting so I don't go goddamn insaner.

Still a month of pure gameplay to enjoy. I was essentially stuck getting this no matter what because I bought the digital edition from Best Buy with a gift card in the summer, and threw out the gift card months ago. So I'm happy with what I can get.

I can usually find Xbox credit for 20% off anytime. I can't do that on PS4 so it basically balances out for me. I have all systems to I'll just do the math and get it where it's the cheapest.
