Looking to pick up a PS4 Pro to game with some coworkers is whats the best price is $399 it or do they occasionally run deals for it

Also do PSN plus cards ever go on sale ( like how Xbox one cards can be usually found for $35-40)

Amazon warehouse sometimes goes cheap. 299 just recently. GameStop has them used as well. No real deals on brand new however.
 
There's been occasional sales on ebay (through Newegg I believe) for the PS4 Pro - I think usually discounted to $360. Other than that, I don't think there are too many sales on it.

PSN Cards go on sale regularly for $10 off or so.
