Guess I'll try here before heading to a store in morning. Any guesses on how many each store will get? I don't know how they did with the NES. They come 6 per case.

I have two Echos and two Dots. Echos are set up in bedrooms and the dots are in rooms with either an A/V receiver or a bluetooth speaker or sound bar. I use mine all the time for streaming music and home automation.

The Echo has pretty good sound, but if you have a good speaker I suggest saving money and getting a Dot. Even with the $80 coupon, you'll be looking at $100 for an Echo if it's listed at retail price ($180). Both times I've purchased an Echo, it was around $100 from Amazon for what it's worth. Also, Amazon currently has the black echo listed as "currently unavailable". Will they be releasing a new one soon? Maybe? A new FireTV should be inbound soon too - and that's rumored to be somewhat of a hybrid between the old FireTV and a Dot.

 
If you are an Amazon Prime member, an echo/dot is a no brainer!   Being able to ask it to play whatever song you want to listen to (amazon prime music) is worth its retail price.    That said, a new generation of alexa devices are rumored to be coming soon.  Retailers are scrambling to get rid of older gen stuff.   I would shop around, or just wait. I've seen them for $80 on SD.

 
The mperks 10% coupon is available now. Doesn't stipulate 6am. If its like other coupons it will also be valid at 12:01AM

 
I think I'm going to try and score a SNES classic tonight since they're open 24 hours.   I wonder where I have to camp out?  In electronics dept?

Yep. They usually have a sign for where the line starts when big items release.

If you are able to get the coupon to work at midnight let us know!

 
Hopefully it's a line or else whoever finds the roaming employee will get the console.

My store had 11. When i had originally asked they said all the tickets had been handed out. I went to grab something else i needed to get in store and the employee stopped me because of the employees had backed out from getting one so i managed to grab the last one.

10% off mperks worked at 12.01am as well so that was a nice bonus as well.

It's the Marburg Meijer in Cincinnati. 12(+2 extra people along for the ride) were there before 10pm, at which point the stock was announced and the later arrivals left. Electronics was actually cleared out and under construction this evening so it's likely people thought it was closed.

The Target next door is supposed to have 76 according to brickseek. But for now I've finished Super Mario World and am going to bed.
