Best Buy stopped updating video game trade ins?

Anyone have any insight into why Best Buy hasn't updated their trade-ins for some newer games? I've completed Knack 2 and Mario + Rabbids, but neither show up on Best Buy's trade in estimator. Typically it took 7-10 days for a game to show up, but these have been out for much longer now. 

Curious if anyone knew what was going on there - thanks!

People are saying that BB is phasing out the trade in program, they dont sell used online anymore and instore stock is minimal. It sucks.
