What is the "pre sell" cards..? Just a card you get for reserving a game for $1? (And with the discount it wouod be just a quarter? Do you also get as shown on the pic a $5 gift card??

The presell cards are the $1 cards, so you'd be correct about getting it for a quarter. As for the $5 gift card, that is only given to you when you pick up the game and present you preorder card.

From a preorder perspective, it's not worth it for most people to preorder through Target as Best Buy's GCU is better, but it also doesn't require a yearly subscription. That said, they are non-committal, so when Target runs an offer of getting %off any game when you preorder, you can save money by picking up a $1 card and never actually pick up the game.
