All of the deals this week are hidden in the electronics section of the app. I doubt that we will get many game deals because of the buy 2 get 1 free. Here are the deals.

25% Off PSVR Core System (Expires 11/4)

20% Off Black or White Xbox One controllers (Expires 11/4)

i could have waited 4 months and saved $125 on psvr.. f my life. i dont even use it since I got sick playing robinson months ago.

I picked up the PSVR Core System a few weeks ago when it was also on sale through Cartwheel.

Hadn't been interested, but thought I'd try it.

SO GLAD I DID.

As my very first brush with VR, it is the single greatest leap in video games for me since I first played an Atari VCS in 1977. Absolutely mind-blowing.

Weeks later, I own more than 20 PSVR games, each of them bringing new and exciting experiences, and while I am still working my way through trying them all, it feels like Christmas all the time.

If you have the money and even a passing interest in trying VR, I highly recommend it. Yeah, there may be even better sales through the holidays, but IMO, it's not worth the wait. This is a new world, like finding God.

Playing on a stock PS4, by the way. Mind still blown.

Thanks, OP.

Target will price match Costco for the core VR at $249.99, so $178.12 before tax with a red card. That’s pretty darn good. Too bad about the lack of HDR passthrough. Only thing stopping me from getting it.

Good for those who could find a nice staffs not knowing the policy. My Targets around never stack pricematch and cartwheel, and that's explicitly said not allows in their cartwheel policy. I've seen some people are lucky enough

About the PM stacking... could you add another Cartwheel item to the transaction to push it through?
Good luck about that some people could, but I tried that and failed everytime.

Whenever I showed my phone, they simply said I couldn't use it because there was a pricematch item (the pricematch has to be done at Customer Serivce counter, not a regular checkout) , I had to separate the transaction for non-pricematched items.

Dude, dont even try. I feel the same way, seems like its 20 years ahead of its time, like being on the holodeck on star trec. Yet Ive told all my ps4 friends about it, some that have a great deal of money and not one of them has bit. I thought meh, for 225 Ill give it a try, seems way over priced. Then bam, better than ps4, 5, and 6 when they come out i would guess. Only people yhats tried it are not gamers and are blown away by it. Btw, if you dont have farpoint, best game ever

You simply purchase more items so they don't get suspicious of the price..... Return those items later.

As a said, a pricematch was already enough to alert them, after scanning other items and then showed the phone, they immediately denied it.

Exactly! I played Thumper on it last night. Already have the Switch version. But this... I was IN the game! Totally different experience, and it even plays better thanks to being situated down closer to (ON) the track.

Showed PSVR to my parents the other day. My dad, who isn't into this stuff at all, raved, "This is fabulous. Whatever you paid, it's worth every penny!"

I LOL'd, but he is spot-on.

You 2 sound like paid spokespersons!

I want to bite on this deal so bad but my biggest concern with getting the PSVR is motionsickness. I'm fine on rollercoasters, but cannot do teacup rides. And I cannot read or look at my phone in the car without feeling sick, but I do fine reading on planes and trains.

Does anyone with similar problems use the PSVR successfully?

I use to be aboe to do any ride, now that Im in my 40s i cant. I can take psvr for about an hour, but farpoint was so good I pushed myself to around three hours the other day and I felt like I had a hangover. Totally worth it. I would say if you cant deal with it, get on facebook marketplace and I know you could sell it for what you gave. Sony is dropping the ball, they should put demos in all the gamestops (Since they are small and could keep people from stealing it). They could sell any amount they could make of these if people could try them out.

I'm the same way as you and have been able to enjoy my PSVR greatly. You just need to get your "VR legs" and develop a tolerance by playing it in short spurts at first and eventually increasing your play time.

You can still return that in 30 days to Target, just don't open the sample disc that comes with it in case they have a problem with that.

The PSVR is not "plug n play", you do need to know how to open it and adjust accordingly. I'm sure if it's left alone for some jerks, it will be broken in half day.
