Possibility of store free game for xbox one x?

I am wondering what would be the possibility of retail store like best buy offer across the board free game for xbox console within a month of release.  Long story short, I end up with 2 preorder of project scorpio, one at best buy and one at gamestop.  There is a free game offer at best buy this week for any xbox purchase.  I am wondering what would be the possibility of free game happeniing within a month of release

Last year we have free game with PS4 Pro after black friday.
