Asking for my wife: how do you get sims 4 PS4 for 50% off until the 11th when it doesn't release until the 17th and cartwheel is in-store only?
 
Cartwheel says platforms, not consoles. I just checked. Typo on the OP's part, I guess.  Means PC/Mac, I'd assume.

 
Cartwheel has been known to stretch out deals, so it is possible that the Sims deal could get extended. My Target no longer sells PC or Mac games, so unless they mean the console versions at my store, I have no idea why this Cartwheel coupon would pop up in my region. Our entertainment department has been devastated and reworked into this new configuration, which is supposed to be coming to over 1,000 Target stores in the next two years. Almost all of the games are gone, except for PS4, Xbox One, and Switch. And, there are only two aisles dedicated to games now, when there used to be three, including the aisle for Toys To life, which has shrunk to one side of half an aisle.

I constantly get grocery Cartwheel coupons for items not even carried in my local Targets so it does happen very often. Since CW doesn't apply to preorders one has to assume the CW discount for Sims 4 is currently for the PC/MAC platform. And yes it may be extended, we won't know until the coming weeks; though I would doubt it since when was the last time Cartwheel gave a 50% discount on a new popular console game?
