After looking again it seems any veteran can shop the exchange online also. It requires pre-authorization here: https://www.shopmyexchange.com/veterans

I have had a paypal debit card for years for instances just like this. I can even pay with paypal if I don't have enough in my paypal balance by using my regular bank debit card as the backup funding for my paypal debit card.

I know this doesn't help instantly, but it may be something to consider.

Thanks for the heads up. Picked up two ipads, xbox s and a samsung soundbar. Would've purchased a pro, but bought one earlier with a coupon for less a few months ago.
