Placed 2 orders on the 23rd, order 1 HZD and The evil within 2 just Evil has shipped. Order 2 PS4 slim with $50 gc and COD WWII, gc came that night, COD next day and the slim PS4 just got shipped today. Still nothing on Zero Dawn though.

GS seriously needs to get their s*** together, orders processed within 1 business day my a$$. Shows my trade credit and credit cards charged so I'm assuming the orders are still being processed

Order 4: 11/26 - 4 games ordered here, 3 of them were B2G1 only the used games shipped so far but not the new game yet...

 

I still find it funny how only my last order shipped because a lot of the other games are in stock from my previous order but have yet to be shipped...

Weird.....so Gamestop split up one of my orders and charged me separately for each item. It appears only one item in that order has shipped even though I was charged for the entire amount.

My second order remains processing since Thursday morning.

I also ordered Wednesday night and have not heard anything from GS.  I have an order # on my account (listed as "open") and a receipt from Paypal, but never got a confirmation email from GS like I have in the past.  I emailed them today...we'll see how long it takes them to get back to me.  

 

I only ordered two games, Injustice 2 and Yakuza 0.  Yakuza was on sale again today for the same $30 and I wanted to just cancel my previous order and pick it up in store, but there wasn't even an option to cancel.  Loathing GS right now, especially since everything I ordered from other retailers that same night has already been delivered.

I received an empty 3DS case in my order, what am I supposed to do?

 

I purchased pre-owned games from the website, one PS4 game and two 3DS games with the B2G1 used deal. The other two games arrived today intact in the pre-owned cases, so GameStop didn't completely screw me.

 

On a side-note, I also ordered 2 new games during the same transaction and those haven't even begun to ship. Who knows what I'll get?

Jerks!?!?  That's hilarious.  As somebody who works for a package delivery company (neither UPS or USPS), I always find it comical when people need to make comments about something they have no clue about.  I guess when you hit the "submit order" button, you think a package just magically shows up at your door.  There is a process that is done, before it hits your doorstep.  Shocking, I know.

 

Don't worry, you precious game will show up.
