How Can I Tell If A Game's Been Resealed?

If it looks legit, then I wouldn't worry about it unless you open it and the game is scratched to hell. If someone does have a way of replicating that factory plastic wrapping with the folded seal at each end and the game is in perfect condition, then there's not really a way to know and there's no sense worrying about it.

 
Basically what navigator2001plus said, most of the time re-sealed games will be re-sealed with plastic wrapping that is a bit loose. Also, as far as I know its extremely difficult to replicate the folded seal unless you have a high end shrink wrapper, which I doubt many re-sellers of video games would have.

 
Thanks a lot you guys. I probably shouldn't have been worried, but I am a cheap ass. I do have some questions though. Shouldnt sealed cases have those long pieces of tape on the top and side like what DVDs and BDs have?

Not sure if this is your first PS4 game purchase but nope... the security stickers haven't been used by Sony since 2005 or something.
