Thanks, OP! My Live was about to be up in March and I was considering letting it expire for awhile, but can't beat 7 months for $15! Now I am good until August and by then I should have a One X and actually play my Xbox One games for a change!

Thanks OP. Gave it a whirl. The B1G1 is still listed on the product page if you scroll down a bit so took a screenshot just in case. Got my first code instantly. If you go into your amazon orders and click on the order it should show you the code right underneath it

Just got off the phone with support -- the queue for the 2nd email (the bonus) is backed up and Amazon is aware, I was told 1-2 hours before I'd see the follow-up email (titled 'Benefit Confirmation') but that everything was being honored, they just had a lot of people use the offer.

 

So that is the scoop according to the gentleman I spoke to -- I'll keep an eye out, 6mo for $15 is a no-brainer.

I don't remember when mine was going to expire. Are you getting two separate codes? It said 3month when I activated it

They are trying to tell me that it was a limited offer and they ran out, so they reduced the price from $24.99 to $14.99.   The representative is just making things up.

They are able to refund you regardless of sending you one of the codes?

Checked my order after purchasing this morning around 7:30am and got one code from it. Was emailed the second code within 15 minutes. Both worked great.

Here is the response I got from CS:

checkedwithinternal team and see that we had a promotion stacking error. A Buy one Get one free promotion stacked with a save $10. This means that this product was appearing at $14.99.

Instead of displaying the discounted price at $14.99, it was wrongly updated as extra free 3 months promo code in the description.

I see that you have already purchased the product at the discounted price.

If you still wish to cancel the order, please contact us again and we'll cancel the order and issue the full refund.

To make up for the inconvenience, I've issued a $5.00 promotional certificate to your Amazon.com account, which will automatically apply the next time you order an eligible item sold and shipped by Amazon.com."

 

 

I asked for a refund even through I used the 1st code so we will see what happens.

I already contacted them myself and they told me to wait 24 hours. Hoping I don't have to reach out to them again tomorrow and just get the code at some point this evening.
