When you beat a Dark Soul title, I tend to back away from the crime scene as well. I'm yet to play 3 so I figured I'd update and get the DLC when the chance presents itself

 
PS4 version is totally sold out, while XBONE is still available. PS4 sold out, XBONE plenty still available. It's a variation on the story that continuously played out on Black Friday. That's the downside to buying a successful console. I guess it's just as well. I wouldn't play it until I was finished with Bloodborne, and I still have a loooooong way to go in that one. 

It's also $29.99 ($23.99 GCU) at BB, and since I didn't see it in the ad, it's probably the new normal price. It's likely it will be on sale for $19.99 at some point and those who missed out this time can save themselves four bucks with GCU.

Hmmm might pick this up at $20 next time it's in stock on ps4 just to have a physical copy.  Then again my physical copies of every other dark souls game are 360 so maybe xbone makes more sense...hmmm

 
Such a frustrating game for me. Made it about halfway thru but laid it down for fear of having to buy a new controller, tv and or window!

The way the entire world was connected in DkS 1 made everything so much more immersive. DkS 3 is prob my second favorite in the series. 2 was very meh.

 
Plat'ed the vanilla version last year.  Anyone know if the vanilla saves are compatible with FF edition?  When I did a search a few months ago, I didn't see any definitive yes or no.

Yes. I platted vanilla DS3, traded it in, bought FF edition and away I went.

 
I prices matched online at Best Buy last night. It was $19.99 then.

The Xbox one edition is still in stock, ps4 may have ran out. Price matching is still an option to address difficulties though.

Does anyone know if this game is Xbox One X enhanced? Does it play in 4K checkerboard or have a 60fps option?

It's $29.99 now, and not available for shipping. Perhaps not jumping on this right away was a poor decision. I thought this would likely be that eventual price (or less) everywhere, and no need to jump in now. However, it could be one of those situations where it simply goes out of print and anyone who didn't get it right away is screwed.

At target.com & amazon.com, I still see it at $20. I do think the physical copy is going out of print steadily. Other than a gamestop in my area, I am barely seeing dark souls 3on shelves.

I hope not. Target charges $6.00 shipping and the PS4 version sold out within hours the first day it was offered on Amazon. It hasn't come back in stock since (that I noticed), though the XBone version is and has never once been out of stock.
