Need Advice With CDkeys.com Purchase Issues?

OK, so here's my short story. I bought F1 2017 Special Edition from CDkeys.com and when I activated it on Steam it was basically the Standard Edition. So I had to purchase the additional DLC which is $2.99, no big deal but rather principal.

So I emailed CDkeys support, they asked for screenshot verification and they replied oh, you purchased the Standard Edition. I replied NOOOOO I purchased what I thought was the Special Edition based on the picture of the game indicating it was the Special Edition of the game.

Questions:

1) Should I just let it go and not do business with them again?

2) Should I contact and file a complaint with PayPal?

3) What would PayPal do, would they refund me the $2.99?

I've never really dealt with CDKeys before so I can't say anything regarding their customer service, but the $2.99 purchase was a seperate purchase (which you received what you paid for) so you really don't have a leg to stand on regarding that claim. As for getting a partial $2.99 refund for the other purchase, I don't think disputes work that way, its either the whole refund or nothing. Best bet would maybe be to take option A in my opinion.

Yeah I decided to take option A "but" the thing is the "Special Edition" includes that ($2.99 DLC) that I wanted and the picture they used to display the game said "Special Edition". That's my whole contention, that they misled what they were selling. I could have gone with Kinguin.net which sold the game for less.
