Only way of getting it right now is full price or best buy GGC for five dollars off - but for just that - you might as well buy it off of nippon ichi and get the digital guide for free. (It's the only guide available for the game).
 
The Fry's in Houston has the game for 39.99 as part of their weekend sale. I got it this morning.

If you have a Fry's in your area, they should have it for that price.
