Long time listener from before Cheapy traveled to Japan and back again. Another great show. Just wanted to let you guys know you have been making my 2 hour commute into work enjoyable for close to 8 years. I look forward to the end of my work week because it means having a new episode to listen to. And since I have very little time to play games anymore it makes me feel like I am still up to date on what's going on. Keep up the good work.

So what should I buy off Mack Weldon?  $28 boxers?  $32 undershirts?  $78 sweatpants?  I know it's "premium" but I'm a cheap ass gamer.  I think I'll stick with my cheap ass Target clothes.

Anyway, I'm very much enjoying Farcry 5 and don't care what the story involves.  If it has Farcry in the title I'm buying it day 1 and will enjoy the hell out of it.

Keeping on with the occupations, I've been a small town policeman for over a decade and the Cagcast was one of the first podcasts to keep me company on long night shifts. You guys were one of the highlights of my evening listening to Wombats child care issues, Cheapy's poop problems, and Shipwreck's love of awful regional chilli concoctions. Thanks for the hours of listening and the copious amounts of deals that I was able to snag first thing in the morning.

Great show, great to have Ship back.  I found it interesting that this week Cheapy feels stories in open world games are so hard to get right while discussing Far Cry 5.  His thoughts on the story of Horizon Zero Dawn were the complete opposite.  His enjoyment of that open world story got me to play Horizon!  I'm not busting his chops, just wondering why he thinks a story like Horizon worked so much better in an open world setting.

Another data point for the listener demographic: I've been listening to you guys since middle school when I'd have the CAGCast on in the background while playing WoW. I've since then moved to NYC and am only a few years into my career in Finance. You guys have been a constant listen for me on the weekends as I run errands and whatnot and I truly love the background noise while I'm busy doing other things. Long live the CAGCast :)

I am visiting Japan in a couple weeks and I feel like it's be asked in past shows but I can't find the answer/show.... Has Cheapy ever done a highlight of his personal recommendations for things to do in Japan/Tokyo?

Big pet peeve this episode happen, the gang only playing a few hours at most of FC5 but then spent 20 minutes calling all the reviewers of the game wrong ( who have beaten the game) and assuming alot about said story. You guys don't always have to be right :)
Love the pod keep up the good work, keep it positive pls

I feel like it doesn't matter too much if they are "right" or not (Killmonger a good villain? he's basically Iron "I want to take what the hero has and turn it into weapons" Monger from the first Iron Man + budget Ultron who wants to "only" punish 5 billion people instead of all 7) as most of the show is subjective opinion.  But that said it does keep me in the "gaming news" loop on my commute.

The only criticism I really have is they need to reduce their pronoun-itis,  They are reading from a Google Doc and seems like a lot more recently they only mention the subject once (and sometimes not at all) because they can all read the topic but the audience cannot.

I'm also curious about something like a "Top X Things To Do In Tokyo / Japan That Will SHOCK You!" from Cheapy based on his experience there ... places not to miss, best time of year to go, etc.

Hi Everyone.

I'm a longtime listener from England.

I mostly listen to the podcast on my way into work on a monday morning.

By the way i run a printed circuit board manufacturing company here in the UK - add to the list of listeners jobs :D

Thanks and keep up the good work
