I ordered a TV off ebay and it arrived damaged(https://imgur.com/a/T0RUk). The seller claims he put $1000 of insurance(is there anyway to check this?) on it and said I can file a claim or just request a refund from him. I only paid $260 for the tv so I was considering filing a claim but I'm not sure how likely I would win. The TV wasn't packaged the best(I never took the TV out of the box so the pictures show how it was packaged) but the damage to the TV is so bad it looks like it was dropped pretty hard. Any advice?
