FYI: Wolfenstein II had a $20 price drop on Tuesday which means it may or may not drop from it's new $39.99 price. The sign that says it will be $20 off was likely made before they knew about the new MSRP.

I'd double dip to have a vanilla copy at that price I guess -- just got the CE, but it's probably just going to be $40 instead.

I haven't been in the tv market since BF 2014...but man those Sharp 4K's are really low priced...did I miss something? Or is 4k viewing dropping in price drastically?

Burnout Paradise is still within the price match window for Elite members surprisingly. Been a while since I've been able to price match a game I got from Best Buy at launch.

Played it on ps4, it's a fun game for sure. great fit for the portability of the switch. If you like the show and turn-based RPG mechanics its a great buy. It's only like 20 hours to complete though, so may not be worth $60 to everyone.

 
if Wolfenstein drops another $20 and GCU works on top probably have to catch it asap. we will see later tonight  :whistle2:

 
I would have paid twice as much for the game if the enemies were antifa.

Edit - after thinking it over, triple the price. Would have taken forever to finish the game though, if the enemy constantly ran away crying.

Then why were all these articles saying the game was so "controversial"? Because of villains being pro-guns? Seems a little short of the mark, no? Thought the game was supposed to focus on intolerance....guess the advance articles were wrong.

I think they walked back a lot of those elements between the game's announcement and when it actually came out. Now they're just generic crazy Waco-style cultists instead of MAGA types.

Do you mean the people who think the villians in the game are racist after actually playing it, the people who read an article on the internet and believed it without checking it out for themselves, or the people who intentionally spread a false narrative about the game? Either way, I agree - anyone falling into those three categories is a fuck ing idiot.

False narrative? Previews indicated a different story than what was ultimately settled upon from the way MANY previews sounded. They ended up not wanting to compete with Wolfenstein since it already dealt with Nazism in America.

Am I doing it right?
 
Unless the writers come out and say the script got changed, many of the previews took what little info they had and used it to push an agenda for political reasons or (more likely) manufactured outrage that would get them views. It’s telling in the reviews by how much they complain about the story not going in the direction they wanted.
 
Has anyone used the Astro A50's? They're already expensive but the 20% off helps. I'm using the entry level A10's and I like them. Thinking about upgrading.
