Crackdown 3: When is it coming?

Anyone have any more information about when we can expect Crackdown 3 to release? Still a little pissed that it didn't release beside the Xbox One X which is the main reason why I wanted the X in the first place. Then all these delays since.

I placed my preorder on Amazon and as of right now it says release date is December 31, 2018. Hoping this isn't the case or else we could be waiting well into 2019 for this game to finally get into our hands.

I bet we'll know more at E3.

Just to add to the February date... Microsoft has now made it pretty clear that they are unwilling to delay it any further. So basically it's February or bust for this game.
