Episode 1 was free at one point, may still be. That said I tried it the first episode and couldn’t get into it as someone who doesn’t know much about Minecraft. Literally fell asleep.
 
Is this good for adults? My girlfriend enjoyed watching me play through telltale Batman and tales from the borderlands.

Good idea on ep 1,I'll try it out that way... Though I actually have to play it for that to work. If I buy it straight out it can sit unplayed for years and then I'll be able to buy a remaster to not play. Decisions.
