So much for a memorial day weekend sale, I guess.  Damn.

Dude, E3 is 2.5 weeks away. They are saving anticipation for their usual E3 sale.

Alternate Jake Hunter: Daedalus The Awakening has a demo.

It's not the weekend yet.  Though, honestly I don't expect a sale after that last one was so good.

Siberia 1 & 2 has a good price other than that a slow start to the weekend which is fine since E3 will probably yield available now's and a good sale.

$30 for each of the Resident Evil ports? I figured the $60 0/1 collection was just the physical Switch tax at work (even though I think only one game is on the cart).

Didn't see this mentioned in the region switching conversations I read through.
Says it's just disabling it, though. I assume I can re-link them later if I feel I need to.

EDIT: I may just pass on RUS OXENFREE for now. Looks like it regularly gets reduced to $4.99 on the US eShop, which I'm OK with paying. And then I don't have to deal w/ trying to buy it from RUS before the price expires in 30min.

In my experience, buying from Russia is basically impossible unless you have a really cool credit card or Russian eShop credit.

we had a convo about this not too long ago. I literally laughed out loud when I saw those prices.

I'm going to stream some Minecraft at 9 PM ET/6 PM PT since I picked that up with the sale the other day.

Here are the new deals for today:

:3ds:

PDI Check - $99.99

A hundred dollars?  That's ridiculous, especially looking at the screenshots.  Is this the highest priced item on 3DS?

I got impatient waiting for Breath of the Wild to go on sale digitally and I managed to get it on EBay for $30. I rather have it digitally but this will do.

I haven't played a Zelda game since one on the Game Boy Color. I'm pretty excited to see why people love BotW so much.

$99.99 is probably exactly how much Dr. Robert W. Arnold charges for a PDI check in his Alaska Children’s Eye and Strabismus office at 3500 Latouche St #280, Anchorage, AK 99508. It’ll be worth checking with your Vision insurance plan to see if they’ll cover a portion of the purchase on the eShop.

Hopefully you can get through your playtime, as my son won't even put it on anymore because of all the performance issues.

At least it's a legit thing and not some cash grab.  Seems really out of place though.

It's a 3DS thing because that's more kid friendly and cheaper to work with than the typical tools they use.

And if E3 comes and goes without a decent eShop sale...

The added discounts on their other games are pretty decent, too.

Can anyone recommend any of the 99 cent 3DS games?  I saw Luxor is one of them along with the first Urban Trial Freestyle which looks a lot like Trials HD on Xbox.  I assume that it would be difficult to mess up Luxor.

That's cool.  Hadn't heard anything about it before.  Hope it doesn't get overlooked by people who can actually use it.

There is a demo for Urban Trials and its sequel.  I've heard the second is better, its only a few more cents.  I don't think it's as precise as Trials HD but it seemed okay from the demo.  I'm just hesitant to buy it thinking I might mess up my circle pad playing too much.

Also I'm pretty sure Luxor is not in 3D if that was important to you.

Thank you for the link! That’s awesome, it hadn’t occurred to me that it was priced as such since it’s intended for ophthalmologists to use, not for your garden variety 3DS owner. Also awesome that Nintendo certified it for the eShop.

Early impressions?

Like what I played so far. Future Grind Definitely worth $2.
Takes a bit to get used to the controls and physics.
Each stage I’ve played so far has one score attack base level and two challenges per level. Soundtrack is nice too.

Guess they're making sure people aren't disappointed when they watch the conference tomorrow and don't get any Sword/Shield news.
I wonder if the conference will involve Go.
