I bought the ps4 version of the game i was thinking of becuse they were working on the vita cross buy... then cancelled it a few months later.
Now it will drive me nuts thinking of the game..

I don't know but it's still crossbuy with the wii u, by purchasing the 3ds version.

 

 

I'm downloading it now on my wii u.

 

Not bad for both the wiiu and 3ds for basically $1.10 in gold points.

I have both, and haven't spent much time with either, but I would say the only real difference is 3D, and the better resolution of the Vita. The 3DS has two screens, so the map feature probably has it's own screen as well.

 

So like most games that have been offered across both platforms, the normal differences apply, but both reviewed well, so it comes down to personal preference I'm sure. Normally I prefer Vita for most games, but for certain ones, I prefer the 3DS for the 3D and or extra screen features.
