If I want to play Starlink as a Starfox sim, is the starter pack for $24 at Best Buy good enough? I missed out on the deluxe deal over the holidays.

Newegg has the $50 eshop cards back in stock and the extra $10 promo is still live. For now...

Not only back in stock but also the limit is now 3 (instead of 2) and you can order again if you bought a couple days ago.

Edit: and it's gone...

I’m kind of glad, I was tempted to buy one and get SMBUD even though I already have it for my WiiU. My switch backlog is growing fast.

Figured they would sell out fast again. Getting a little worried since the cards I ordered this morning still haven’t been delivered but the Xbox ones I ordered last night came almost immediately.

Anyway, regarding NSMBU Deluxe I definitely think it’s a bit of a ripoff at $60, but the reason I decided to get it is because I have a 3-year old son. He watches me play a lot of stuff but I’ve been waiting for the right game to actually let him play and this is perfect. Nabbit is kind of an awful character for anyone who knows how to play the game, but he is perfect for a little one who is learning the ropes. I personally prefer stuff like DKCR:TF and Rayman Legends, but if you have small kids looking to actually play with you, NSMB is ideal.

If thats true, great. Supposedly these are all since the last patch.. not found in the files prior.

Side note, I do have to say the online for $20/year has been worth it. As long as all the NES games stay i'm happy.

Speaking of online, if you have the $5 off coupon on Humble, it works on a year's subscription to Nintendo's online service.  I used mine on it today before it expired.

Any thoughts on Kuso? Only 1 review on Metacritic but it's positive so I'm leaning towards just spending the dollar.

Wario64 has tweeted about it before, and it looked interesting enough in video form to earn my gold points dollar.

Yeah, that's pretty much the same boat that I am in.

I enjoyed finishing Xeodrifter over a Saturday afternoon months ago. Def worth $2.99 for being a solid experience.

Tried it for a couple of minutes and it definitely seems worth it for the price, especially compared to some of garbage at the same price point.

Glad to hear that you grabbed it. Kuso's actually really great. I've played through it on the computer before, but think I'll pick up another copy in this sale.

I also recommend Kuso. It’s the best $.99 you’ll ever spend on the eShop. It’s even worth its regular price! Well, only if you like hard games.

After getting Bayonetta, I had a few Gold Points left so I end up getting Kuso and Grid Mania.

Remember the Wii Shop Channel closes for new purchases on January 30th, 2019.

Here's Nintendo's official FAQ: https://en-americas-..._id/27560/p/604

I have exactly 900 Wii Points left on my Wii U, so I gotta finally decided what my final purchase will be! :) I have an idea, but would love any last minute suggestions if you have them!

Also, NIS America has delayed the Western release of RPG Maker MV and the RPG Maker MV Player for the Switch, but if you have a Japanese eShop account, you can download the Japanese versions of each. The Japanese versions have full english support. The RPG Maker MV Player is free and can play games from people with RPG Maker MV, but there's aren't too many english games yet, but if you have extra time, you should check it out!

Hope y’all held off on the $24.99 games at Target...

Super Mario Maker, Zelda Majora’s Mask, and Starfox 64 joining Nintendo Selects on Feb 4th for $19.99.

Pulseman for Genesis looks cool.  It was made by GameFreak who made the Pokémon games (although this game is a 2D platformer).  It's 900 points because its a Japan release originally.  Haven't played it but thinking about picking it up myself.

I think the reason we haven’t seen it is the game utilizes 2 screens and Switch only has the one.

It doesn’t need two screens for the original Wii U version, but it does definitely need touch controls for making levels. I expect they’re taking the time to figure out the Maker portion of the game if you have your Switch docked. I gotta think they’ll eventually release it in some form on Switch. The game was too popular not to.
