Best VPN for Gaming to reduce high pings and lags

I am an avid gamer, and I had faced the high-ping and lag issue while playing online games, I m gonna use the VPN, can anyone share their preference about Gaming VPN:

There's a lot of factors that go into lag and high ping. What type of Internet do you have and how fast is it?
How many people are using it at the same time?
It could possibly be a isp issue?

Edit : oh BTW this should've went into the request advice section for future reference.
Maybe it's an attempt at trying to get more people to show up at their own site after checking the op created an account just to post this ?

I don't think a VPN would reduce your high-ping because the distance between you and server counts. The closest it is to you the better speed and ping you will get. Issue is the speed of a VPN, many VPN services are great but their speed is quite slow. So, it's a mix and match when looking for one. I use PureVPN and it gives me good speed and ping when it connects to a server closest to me.

I agree with kevin, the VPN would slow you down, probably a lot
