So I purchased a Uncharted Promotional Kit where the seller posted 2 pictures, one showing the external side of the item and the 2nd one showing the insides. The 2nd picture showed that the item was the English version, with all the text and whatnot in English.
I received the item yesterday and was foreign version (Portugese, I think?). I contacted the seller asking what's up and he said he provided a picture of the actual item in the first picture but used a stock picture for the 2nd picture, which I think is bullshit.
I want to open a case but I'm worried about how international returns work. Domestic returns are easy since they're track-able, but I've never done an international return. And when buying items from sellers in other countries, it feels like 15% of the time, the item gets lost in transit even with tracking.
Has anyone done a return for an international purchase and tell me if there's any type of tracking?
