Showboating on how long people were listening to the CagCast. I've been listening since killing time in Mass Effect elevators and cutting poop in half with a clothes hanger was still a thing.

In all these years I've had a commute in which I could fit a CAGcast so thanks for the past 12~ish years of entertainment.

Why do you always give Wombat shit for not buying new games when they first come out and shit on him for using or asking for free codes and or stuff?  Clearly you both have done well for yourselves so you don't need any handouts but I get the impression Wombat but hasn't always been so lucky in fact at one point I think he was unemployed.  Isn't this still cheap ass gamer?

We don't always need a 3-way opinion on games right away.  In fact sometimes it's cool to hear someone's opinion on a game after the hype has worn off long after release.  

It seems like you guys always shit on Wombat for one thing or another during the podcast basically berating him for not doing something right or putting him down for his opinions.  Sometimes I wonder if you're all just phoning it in at this point and aren't really friends anymore.  I think it's sad when you have to create a term like "wazoo" because you don't know if you're mistreating someone or not.

Literally the only gaming related business transaction Microsoft has ever made which has paid off IMO is Minecraft, and I never thought I'd say that considering how ridiculous I thought the amount they paid was at the time.

The PS Classic, though frankly a no-brainer for Sony, does not excite me at all (I'm more disappointed the Sega classic has been delayed even though I already own all those games 3-4 times over). It's easy to forget now that they've had 20 years to get the hang of it, but so many of Sony's own first and even 2nd party games on the original PSX were pretty much dog horse. That's not even going into how bad 90s 3D assets look now without serious hardware/software support, or how the true foe in every 3D platformer was the camera.

 
I've been listening to the CAGcast for a decade now. In that time I've become a father and a somewhat productive member of society. The countless hours of entertainment you have all provided me during that time has been amazing. I don't care if you don't keep up on every single new release or news item, I just love to hear some familiar voices bullshit about random topics every week. Thank you all - especially Wombat - for everything you do!

 
LOVE the idea of a collectible related to a show (like Deadwood, minus the gun part) that you can just plug in and watch the series. That’s where that market is: collectibles.
And I understand Wombat hates Nintendo (apparently), but $20 for their online service including some classic games and online play for games like Splatoon 2 and Mario Kart is perfectly fine. Are they doing a good job without a chat feature? No, but $20 for the year? Cmon Wombat, it’s fine. “I don’t know what anyone is playing online”? Cmon man, the whining is just sad.

Boy, there sure was a lot of penis content in this episode. Oh wait, Shipwreck wasn't there, hence all the wangs waving freely.

I love Sony, but they've really overstepped it with the PSX Classic. Preorders happening before the release of a full games list seems like hubris. Any of their decent games can't be included because this device lacks Dualshock support. And of course the price is more than either of the two Nintendo consoles that started the latest trend, because Money. Other than nostalgia, what is the point of this thing? As far as being a collector item, just get a real PSX off of Craigslist for way less.

Brook X One Adapter. I bought one on your recommendation and so far it works great. The other solutions for the Xbox Elite Controller on the PS4 were garbage. I didn't know this thing existed. Good job Cheapy. I also have a FPV recommendation for Cheapy and the Crew. FPV Drone flying. It's like VR but REAL. it's super fun, and you do it outside.  I know Shipwreck works on helicopters so this would be perfect for him. And I think Wombat would really like it too. I've been flying for most of the summer and I'm getting pretty decent. Check out my video.

Great show guys! As always.

I had no interest in the NES and SNES Classics but the PS1 was the first console i owned as a kid.  Really excited to see what other games are announced. For a guy that has a birthday and Christmas in the same month, my girlfriend and mum were practically arguing over who would get it for me.  They will sell like hotcakes. 

 
Keeping with the Arnold-theme, my first R rated movie at the theater was Raw Deal.

I've been listening to the Cagcast (or at least lurking on the site) since just before Cheapy pulled THE GREATEST APRIL FOOLS JOKE OF ALL TIME by changing the home page to look like the user was being called out for breaking some law.

I wonder if you guys have ever polled the age of your listeners? Just curious as I was born in 1970 and feel like my entire life has seen the full rise of the game industry. 

 
I haven't listened the whole time, but my first CAGcast was Calling All CAGs, sometime in Fall 2007.

I remember why Wombat says "bread's done" at the end of each episode... and why 'kazoo' is the safe word.

I remember CheapyD shitting his pants at a Japanese office.

My favorite CAGcast was the "This Week in Bullshit" that spawned the Xbox Pure rumor on Kotaku, a perfect example of how 'game journalism' is an utter joke.
