No need to worry about carpal tunnel or repetitive strain. I had an awful case and thought I’d never game again. Applying Dr. Sarno’s method was the only thing that helped me. Now I can game all I want with no pain. Just treat it like back pain, Cheapy.

Playground Games definitely needs to improve the car buying process, (including the auction house, which needs a big overhaul). I agree 100% that it takes way too long to buy a car.

Turn 10 has actually already fixed the issue with getting all the free cars from a car pack added to your garage in Forza Motorsport 7. When the car pack is available and if you own it, the game shows a quick pop up to let you know then it automatically adds all the cars to your garage.

Speaking of Forza Motorsport 7, Turn 10 has been making lots of great improvements to the game lately, hopefully, some of those will make it over to the Horizon series.

A 1 hour workout isn’t really gonna do much for Cheapy, he need cardio. He’s been working for home for over 10 years and sounds like he’s walking less than when he was in Tokyo. Just go for a walk every day, going further and slowly working a light jog into the mix.

Cheapy you've really outdone yourself this episode.  I've had your new hit song in my head all day.  Although I'm not quite sure I can ever listen to OK Computer the same ever again.

I was worried that Wombat would actually like a new Star Wars movie...whew! Still batting 1.000 and polar opposite of my feelings on them. Keep it up Cynical Ass Gamer!

To pile on, Wombat and Shipwreck (especially Wombat) need to watch Cobra Kai. Wombat, if you PM me your email, I will gift you a YouTube red subscription, no more excuses :).

Like so many others I've been enjoying Assassins Creed Odyssey without even thinking about buying any boosters.  If I ever felt that I couldn't play without spending extra money I'd grab my pitchfork and join the mob.  That hasn't happened yet.  I'm 14 hours in and not once have I run out of places to go that are level appropriate.  Like any other game with RPG elements the side quests are part of the experience.  If you aren't exploring caves. fighting pirates, and clearing out wild animals you are missing out.

Yeah, some kind of couch to 5K program would be a good move for him. And Wombat, too.

Cheapy, Murakami is my favorite author. I'll start his new book in the next few days once I finish the book I'm currently reading; I'm really looking forward to it. Have you and Mrs. Cheapy watched Maniac on Netflix? The show kind of reminds me of Murakami's style, a sort of somber wackiness that dives into the human subconscious. I really like the show and need to watch again to pickup on everything, much like it helps to read Murakami's books more than once.

Listening to the entire run of CAGCasts since the beginning was worth every second just for THE song. Thank you Cheapy for a perfect ending.

I tried a couple of Orange Theory classes and there is a lot of cardio. It's a combination of running, rowing and weight-lifting. Good for losing weight and building stamina.

Cheapy, question for all three of you for the next CAGcast.

Since Red Dead Redemption 2's Launch Trailer dropped today, what are your thoughts on the Special Edition "exclusive content" and the Collector's Box that doesn't even come with the game?

Which version will the three of you be getting with the GCU Discount?

Orange Theory is mostly cardio. I'm burning about 850 calories per session. This 2x a week combined with my 2x a week table tennis is a lot of cardio.
