Tried to buy ps4 controller and code didn't work for me. Got the message:

Gift card or promotion code entered cannot be applied. The order does not meet the gift card or promotional terms.

Bummer, let me know if others have issues. It does say offer is only available to select prime now recepients in the terms. Maybe it's certain areas?
 
Tried to use it on Mario Odyssey. No go.
