selling my PS4 pro with 2 games $300 good or bad deal?

I am thinking about getting the more quieter pro and selling my launch model pro.  I have assassin creeds origins and fallout 4 with it and i put it on offer-up with a price of $350 and i have few different offers of $300 cash

Worth selling and buying the quieter version or not worth the headache?
