Ni No Kuni 2 has got to be one of the most discounted games of 2018. This game dropped pretty quickly and seems like the Premium and Collector's Editions will never completely go away!

I've been interested in checking out Sword Art Online: Fatal Bullet ever since someone compared it to PSO and that got me interested in checking it out, but I'll wait for cheaper. 

 
Fyi, for those looking at SAO:FB, there will be a Complete Edition coming out on Jan. 18th.

For the really patient ones among us, waiting for that edition to go on sale will be your best cheap ass deal  :p

 
The Complete Edition will include the following content:

  • Sword Art Online: Fatal Bullet base game
  • Expansion I: Ambush of the Imposters
  • Expansion II: Betrayal of Comrades
  • Expansion III: Collapse of Balance
  • Expansion Pack: Dissonance of the Nexus
 
Guess I'll wait for the complete edition of Fatal Bullet then. It's not like I needed to spend any more money right now ^^;

If history tells us anything, Ni No Kuni will soon be cheaper. First one hit about $8 before eventually becoming a PS+ game. 

Though, $18 with GCU does sound appealing to anyone who wants to play it now. The only thing holding me back from buying it is if I will actually like it. 

I like challenging games and I hear it isn't tough. 

 
I typically don't play too much DLC, just cause my backlog is so massive, so I might grab FB right now and if I like it very much to want more, I'll get the DLC later. I'm sure that it'll be on sale at some point or I'll just upgrade to CE at a cheaper price when it gets there. Had my eye on it since Gamefly still had it for $14.99 after BF.

They added difficulty options and there are new difficulties being added along with the first DLC release. The second DLC is coming next year.

Do you mean a free ps+ game? It’s never been a freebie. At least in the US.

Seems likely. I was tempted to maybe get the base game physical and then pick up the season pass, but there is another dlc coming with the complete edition that will be separate from the season pass. Buying everything separate will require three purchases.

No new trophies with the Fatal Bullet DLC so I probably wouldn't bother with it anyway. Don't think the base game will get cheaper than $16 any time soon so I think I'm gonna grab it now.

Thanks for posting this, OP.

Sadly, it looks like both anime adaptations got pretty bad reviews.

NNK2 had its moments, but I ultimately wish I spent that time playing something else.
 
So this showed up on my front step today:

It looks like it was literally run over by a truck.  Guess whoever saw it on the ground after thought it would probably survive ok through that bubble mailer.

Hats off to Best Buy's customer service though as a replacement has already been sent out.
