So I need some help. I ordered the Samsun mg 75 inch nu7100 and Xbox one bundle from sams club on thanksgiving. I had it ordered and confirmed in under three minutes. Saturday I had received a shipping notification stating pilot freight would be delivering it estimated delivery on last Friday. I have yet to receive the tv, it has been charged and everything. I was in touch with pilot and they said sams won’t release it to them. So I have contacted sams countless times and I’m getting the runaround. Everything from saying it shows received because of the Xbox arriving to saying it was cancelled. They won’t give me an actual answer and keep changing what they say. They have said the bundle is sold out but the tv is available on its own but won’t ship it. They keep saying they are escalating it and will contact me but I never hear anything. I am again waiting a call back to see what they will do. I thought sams was a good company until this and have read a lot of negative reviews for them.
Does anyone have suggestions of what I should do to proceed. I would like to just cancel the order and get it elsewhere at this point but I have now lost the savings in the tv. I would appreciate any advice or suggestions you may have.
