4 to me feels like 3 DLC.
Not saying it's bad... just more DLC than a new game. Still fun though, after RDR2 it's in my backlog top tier.

I prefer Forza Motorsport style racing, but i also find a lot of fun in Horizon.
In FH4 ive decided im doing every race (that the game allows me to) will be done with an American Muscle B or A class ive built. Mainly cause the first car i chose was the Charger which I immediatly painted as the General Lee.
Some day ill have to get in a S class to do the top speed stuff though.
