Double check yours again. I see mine just went back into backorder. Blah had a feeling that would happen.I feel like since it's been forever, they had to change it to in process again so they can put it back to backorder then cancel it.


You're right. Knew it was too good to be true!!!! Back to reality.....

Makes no sense why almost 2 weeks after pending charges were dropped would they again put a pending charge.

It will be interesting to see if they get the bundle back in stock anytime soon. If so, there is still cause to complain.

Been checking every day for a restock. While the bundle we want hasn't been restocked, some other PSVR item listings have gone up since the time of the cancellations. This is what's currently in stock.

yea its too bad that bundle isn't the newer generation VR headset, if not i would have tried to order and match my original order price.

The bundle is back in stock (with the "normal" pricing.)

 

Does anyone think we have a legitimate claim of them honoring the past cancelled orders or should we finally put this deal to rest? I tried clicking the "reorder this item" button on the actual cancelled order but it directs you to the item page, not to an exact same order with lower prices.

I noticed this around the same time you posted in here (independently, I'm just checking CAG for the first time today a few hours later) and contacted "Chat Live" support immediately with success of matching the price of my past order that QVC cancelled. I was even able to apply a new customer $10 "TEN4U" coupon and $10 compensation I previously got through chat to make up for the inconvenience with the help of a support rep placing a new order for me. I won't believe it until I have the order in my hands (I'm curious where they got stock when many other retailers are now OOS - and was this a Holiday 2018 time limited sale bundle? Will someone else at QVC catch the total on my order and terminate it?), but here's hoping. Good luck to the few of us still at this!

 

My new EDD is the 28th.

I just tried twice, the first time I asked to have my order reinstated, the rep said the system wouldn't let her.  After re-reading your post I tried again and asked if I could have a new order matched to the price of my cancelled order and the rep said "Unfortunately, due to a system issue we are unable to honor the original price for the item. The item was incorrectly priced. I apologize for any inconvenience."

They have stock because they had stock the whole time, including when they canceled our orders. A customer service rep effectively just confirmed this for me by telling me the item was not in the system due to a pricing error, so the system marked it as a backorder. So basically they marked the real stock as not being in stock so that they could tell us it's back ordered. They lied. I wouldn't mind if they just cancel the order but the fact that they lied pisses me off.

Placed an order via telephone.  Price matched my initial order.  Supposed to arrive in about a week.  Same price as before.  Lets see what happens lol

Since I had 2 orders canceled,I was able to order 2 and get them matches to original. They are both arriving Wednesday

I think I was able to because my Dec 18th orders were cancelled last week. So the cancellation was still very recent.

A lot of this makes sense. I emailed first and got denied saying they could not make an order that was cancelled active again. I copied and pasted my email to chat and they redid the order, I just had to go online and redo payment, but my order was cancelled just a week ago. Thought it was kinda shite that they sent an email and letter they had to cancel because they would probably nver get them in stock again then a week later low and behold....
