Target Just Cause 4(PS4) $29.99 YMMV

Saw this at a Target in Bellevue, WA. can't find anything for it online. Maybe someone put the label in the wrong place? It doesn't say the tittle of the game on the discounted label

Pretty sweet deal since it just came out. Despite the mediocre reviews I still want to pick it up, but looks like this is extremely YMMV. Just checked Brickseek and they are all $59.99 around me and also surprisingly sold out at a lot of stores. 

 
It's just a price tag on the wrong game. If you look closely the DPCIs don't match. Looks like JC4 ends in -67 whereas the price tag ends in -55.

That is probably correct. WWE2K19 has been $29.99 consistently since Black Friday I feel. I am sure Just Cause 4 will legit be $30 before long.

This is a pretty fun game. A helluva lot like the third. Graphics are meh. The motion blur while driving vehicles is horrible. But the destruction is where it's at, and it delvers repetitive fun. I do hate the timed missions where you have to hit/disarm a variety of terminals/bombs in a certain amount of time.

 
TBH I have no idea why this hasn't been on sale at all yet. I know it's not making huge sales since it's a very niche game and everything else is on sale. I've already returned my copy to BB that would have been essentially $38 after the pre-order bonus so I can wait til this is $16 in a month.

 
The launch version was a train wreck, especially on PC. But there's a PS4 patch out now (1.02) that improves rendering significantly and lets you set the amount of motion blur you want. Many problems remain, but it's no longer horrifying, just run-of-the-mill buggy and haphazardly designed.

I'm disappointed with the direction the series has taken, but a lot of people love it and prefer it to Just Cause 3. Even if it's not the Just Cause 4 I would have wanted, it's still pretty fun.

Given the amount of hate that's being directed at this game, I don't expect it to remain at the launch price for long.

It looks like the tag should of been on My Riding Stables: Life with Horses - PlayStation 4 207-34-1955. JC4 is a fun but looking at Stables I regret not getting that instead.

That makes more sense. I was working when I first saw that you PMed it at Best Buy and didn't even think to put two and two together. Awesome score on getting them to PM it though. I've only had that work for me once when Gamestop printed that error on Ys VIII for Switch earlier this year for $19.99 the week after it came out.

Why didn't you just try buying it at Target when it was right in front of you?

Or at least change the title to "Target puts Just Cause in wrong row, here is a pic to try to defraud retail price matching policies".

Glad you got it at that price, I never had Best Buy just give me the price from a picture, they would always check online.

I didn't know it was bullshit when I posted. I was looking for Christmas gifts and came across Just Cause 4 on what I thought was a sale. So I snapped a pic to send to my gf, because I haven't shut up about this game since it came out to her, and decided to post it here because I hadn't seen anyone else post it any where. After posting I tried to track down an employee so I could get the game for myself. Once I got someone over to get the game out of the case I asked if that price was accurate, he checked and told me no, so I said nevermind. But I still wanted the game, but didn't want to pay 60$ for what I heard was a poorly optimized game at launch and be dissatisfied like when I bout the 110$ edition of just cause 3 when It came out and ran like Doo doo and someone gave me the idea of having best buy price match so I thought I'd give it a shot since I'm a 'cheapassgamer'. And frankly, if that bothers you, you're on the wrong site buddy. I'm sorry you never had any luck getting BB to price match a pic, maybe you should try a different BB, or different store, but there's no need to get angry with me.

Sorry if I came off angry, but your first few threads make it look like you stumbled on a great deal at Target, then out of nowhere, you are price matching at Best Buy.

As you should have been. OP knowingly price matched his own bullshit picture. This is no different than changing a price tag in the store. Don’t confuse cheapass, with douche, and don’t use it as an excuse. Don’t get me wrong, I hate bestbuy and target for the most part, but you’re the reason companies are so strict on price matching now.
