Normally Marshall's sells things that are not doing well at other stores right? I remember a few years back they were selling refurbished iPads.
Yes. Same company as TJ Maxx and home goods. They sell last years models/styles in clothing, unsold items/leftovers, or factory defects. Basically what you see there is the crap mostly no one wants.

Yeah but with all of the bundles that have been available this holiday in plenty of instances for $399 this isn't that great. I mean I guess if you want to save $20 and spend it on a different game it's ok as most of the bundle's games are at this point in the $30 range on sale.

It's not that they sell things that aren't doing good in stores in general usually... Sometimes they might sell something that wasn't doing good at a particular store but it's mostly other reasons why they get items. https://www.marshalls.com/how-we-do-it
