Yes.

I regularly buy these. If I want to use in store, then I usually print them out.

And to avoid any question of these digital cards being hacked or something, can always purchase a physical GS Gift Card using the digital Gift Card.  Ever since the PPDG issue a couple of years ago, convert these to physical ASAP just for peace of mind.
