Well that's a wrap for now on Crackdown 3. It's totally fine. I completed just about every objective, missing two jail breaks that I can't find and don't care enough to at this point and a few of the hidden voice logs. I unlocked every safe house and collected 285 agility orbs. I had fun with it, but I also think the reviews are right, overall I'd say 6/10 too. The lack of music in the world seemed odd to me. Boss fights and some activities had it but a whole lot of that game is just listening to your footsteps. The audio mix seems off too, had to turn it up a lot to make out any of Jaxsons quips. The two support characters love to talk though, telling you how to do shit that you're actively doing or to get the agility orb you just got. The city almost starts to feel alive toward the end of the game, but just never really does. All in all it clocked in and just over seven and a half hours and I think an hour of that time the game was time paused.
My bet is that we have a Mass Effect Andromeda situation as far as development went. I bet this was stared over once or twice since 2014 and the last 18ish months is when the game we got was being developed. Whatever happened it'll be interesting as hell to read about down the road.
I didn't have real high hopes heading into playing it but I beat it and may go back to jump around to collect a few more orbs. That's way more than I can say about many other 6/10 games.
