Cheap Blu-ray or 4k BD player

Looking for a good Blu-ray player. Preferably one that does 4k hdr, not a deal breaker if it doesn't though. Price is the primary concern. Was thinking about getting a used XboneS but seems like Overkill. Any ideas?

Since you are price sensitive, I was going to say you can drop 4k out of the picture. But then I found the cheapest blu-ray player on bb.com as this 4K Ultra HD Blu-Ray Player!
