Starlink: Battle for Atlas Starter Pack $29.99 switch $19.99 PS4 and XBOX ONE

The collector itch in me wants to buy this and collect the ‘toys’. I can easily see them being 75% or better though.

It's also $19.88 at Amazon for ps4&xb1 and about $25 for switch.

Holding out for the digital version to hit

I just want the Arwing, the other ships aren't nearly as cool.

I bought this on Black Friday and ended up returning it realizing it was selling poorly and would get cheaper as well as not having time to play it.

It was $19.99 for the Switch version in the Sunday print and digital ad as well as the app. I grabbed one for 15.99 after gcu, and a day later it jumped to the 29.99. Perhaps if you can find a print ad, you might be able to get it cheaper.

I feel like these are always on sale somewhere for around this price point. Did the game do that poorly?
They were usually going on sale for $39.99. I think the recent $19.99-$29.99 price point is a new low.

This game was always a head-scratcher to me. How they could have ever thought it would sell is beyond me. As the videogame toy market was on it's last legs, they threw out ANOTHER one that wasn't even tied to a license (save the Starfox ship/figure that came with a starter pack). DISNEY packed up and got out of town, but here come some tiny little pieces of plastic to save the day?

The worst part was that the game is very good and didn't need the toy angle at all. I don't think it would've ever been a huge success (unless they would've just turned it into a Switch exclusive Starfox game), but the whole toy thing had to have hurt this game big time.

No such thing as a print ad at Best Buy anymore. ;)

I heard the graphics aren't much better on PS4 and Xbox One, so I'm leaning towards Switch for the Star Fox content. Hope the digital will be $20 soon, as I heard the physical is worse, though not really sure why. Guess I will need a micro sd card, though.

I have the PS4 & Switch version. There is a noticable difference in graphics & performance (draw distance, pop in, environmental detail). The switch version is still good though.

Would you recommend it over the Switch version due to the better graphics/performance?

Honestly I played through the Star Fox missions on switch version (which take 1 1/2 - 2 Hours to complete). After that I started going through the whole game on PS4 (Pro) and never booted up the switch version again. If you don't care about the Star Fox stuff (More Missions coming in April) yeah PS4 version is the way to go. I got both because they were only $20 each.
