This is for the Special Edition of Fire Emblem Three Houses -- Seasons of Warfare Edition. Some people have posted elsewhere that you can still PO at Gamestop in store only, though. So far, it is sold out online.

Aside, as the biggest FE fan here, I am not getting this. Looks lame, like every other Nintendo SE/LE as of late......

It'd be great if it was like Fates, where the cart was unique. I'm never going to use any of this stuff, either. The box will likely be damaged and who the hell has a CD player?! Do they expect me to listen to this in my car?

EDIT: I've since PO it, but keeping the PO will depend on whether this thing is rare or not. Whatcha gonna do? It's FE.

I agree that it's rather underwhelming for me, as I usually don't make much use of these products (staring at the Echoes SE). However, the steelbook is unique and I like it
 
I just want it to keep my LE/CE Streak going for the FE games. But if I miss it I'm not really gonna be too hurt, I buy most of my Switch games digital anyway, and I'd rather buy the full artbook whenever that comes out

People are cancelling BBY orders probably because they bought at the other retailers that opened up today, and people are snapping up their orders because of GCU. You may have to stay on top of BBY to get it at this point. I usually add it to my "save for later" area in the cart and refresh my cart hoping it turns (fortunately got my order in already).

I was able to snag two with GCU! One to open and one to keep sealed. My daughter is going to be born any day now so I won’t be able to be a crazy collector for much longer.
 
FYI I kept on clicking add to cart at Best Buy and I eventually got to the order confirm screen. From there I kept clicking on the continue to payment button and after about 15 minutes it went through. There are probably still some orders in carts expiring that are coming available.

A one time use mini calendar seems pretty weak.  Between the calendar in my phone and PC I don't even use paper ones any more.  And a music CD? What in the hell is this, the 90's? I haven't had a cd rom on my Desktop for nearly a decade by this point.  Everything has gone all digital or flash memory.  The only thing appealing to me is the art book and it's not worth $63 to me. (Preordered regular edition for $47 before Prime discount was discontinued) Probably not worth it for $40 either.  But to each their own.

 
At 825PM EST on 2/14. (Tonight) I went into my Gamestop and did the Web In Store. Got my preorder in. =)

Passing the word to others here so they know there is hope.

(Unless this turns into a KH3 PS4 Pro situation...)

I dont even know WHY I am doing this.. I think its only because I have the Fates CE and so... Just the prestige of getting the rare CE... I think is why. I wish it wouldve had some DLC or something tho.. The "extras" I just keep in the box anyways. Tho I know the steelcase is nice.

I had one through GameStop along with with special edition. For some reason I talked myself out of the Master sword edition because of the other costs at launch (Amiibo, system, couple of games, etc...) and have regretted every since then. I should have sacrificed 1,2 Switch and Bomberman at launch.

Considering a game like this would be "easier" to have digital version.. but yea, its FE.. its CE... its rare and its value will always keep. Besides 60$ for normal.. compared to the exclusive nature of this and of course... the tears we can lick up from others... sigh.

 
Concerned about the game itself, as 1) it looked/sounded grindy in the Direct (not that there's no way to grind in FE, but you shouldn't have to in order to just get through the game) and 2) Koei-Tecmo (Dynasty Warriors, which are some of the grindiest games out there) is developing it.  :(  Have regular preordered with GCU (got it before GCU expired) and LE preordered (because FE).  Will decide what to do with them as it gets closer to release date and hands-on come out about the game.  Hoping that it won't be a Warriors grind-fest, but I'm concerned.

Man I can't tell you how excited I am about this game. My first intro to FE was on the Gamecube when PoR was $30 at Gamestop and Nintendo was still making games for system. Loved it so much I got sequel on release. I've been waiting a really, really long time for a sequel on console. Seeing the units actually move, sitting on couch, etc. This game is going to be great, especially since this will have some new mechanics. Have faith!

I'm not sure that the Fire Emblem: Three Houses SE actually exists, since that would require people to have actually been able to secure one. I swear, it's all a conspiracy from Nintendo!

Yep, live on Gamestop . com right now. It worked for me, but I'm just going to hold and take wait and see .... 

Historically, when Gamestop reopens pre orders, these LE/CE tend not to be rare ... kinda like Shadow of Valentina.

Tempting, but I have no interest in any of the extras.  It seems like all they try to include are things that are flat/cheap/paper.  No creativity.  :(

So true. I don't have any interest in the extras (minus steelbook) and the stuff does look super cheap. BUT, it is FE. And it could be rare. And if that happens I must have it.

At this point I'm securing my PO and taking wait and see approach. FOMO and what not.

 
Newegg offlined their product listing, went with an order there thanks to no shipping or tax though
