There is a fb group for lost video game pieces and I have had good luck there.

There is a big retro gaming FB grp with 13k ppl and I managed to find a manual for Silent Hill 3 for reasonable

I'm just happy he spelled manuals correctly. So many people out there selling Manuels when slavery is illegal.
