Seeing as how HEB is only in Texas, this has a pretty limited audience. However, everyone needs groceries (or gasoline) so it's like you're getting 20% off a GameStop Gift Card. It is a digital coupon which is only available on the HEB App. It's unlimited according to the app. Just gotta confirm email and all that stuff after creating an account. Please be nice and go to the Business Center to Purchase them. There will probably be a dollar limit per day. If the Partner at business center doesn't let you do it, politely ask if you could speak to a store manager to ask if they could approve it. They typically want the sales so I'm sure they'll do it. If you speak to a manager ask if you can go above the limit as well if you wanna buy that much.
