FYI, I just used it on a PS1 game and I have the bonus 8% eBay bucks. Just gotta make sure you do it in the app and not on desktop. So it doesn't seem like bonus offers impact this and that it works on video games at least (no clue if it works on accessories or consoles).

Got a (seemingly) new Let's Go Eevee bundle with for $50 after the coupon and $0.84 in eBay bucks I had. The seller says the Mew in the Pokeball hasn't been taken yet, so I'll take them for their word. Pretty nice find after missing out on the $60 Pikachu bundle from Walmart a couple hours ago.
