NEW Secret of Mana (PS4) $9 shipped

Weird.  This physical release is a gamestop exclusive.  Though the seller is legit, I've purchased from them through ebay.

Never got to finish the original as a kid. $9.36 w/ discount after tax + free shipping to Los Angeles. Thanks OP.

Still a good price. MSRP was $39.99 at Gamestop, and it's now OOS, or $29.99 for pre-owned.

SAVE15 still works for me, so that was $14.99 - 2.25 = $12.74 + tax.
Samesies, I also had 30 cents off cuz i got the crash and spyro off the site a while ago.

I cant create an account and logging in with Google allows company to "VIEW AND SEARCH MY EMAILS"

No thanks.
That's because creating an account also creates an ebates account which tracks your purchases from lots of retail sites and gives you a rebate percentage on purchases. It is confusing that they merged their own retail site with ebates.

I understand it's still not for everyone but I've earned over a $100 in rebates for using it a little over a year. Look out for 15% on xbox purchases once a quarter or so.

Check with a friend that's already signed up if you want to create an account because using their referral gets you both some money in your account.

Picked one up for $13.37 (lol) after small points & coupon applied. This may be a Canadian version instead of Gamestop exclusive version, but that's just as good. Gamercandy is a good legit 3rd party seller.

Got it for $8.50 last night using this deal and Mortal Kombat 11 from them for $35. Both shipped today.

It worked out I missed out on this. It is much easier for me to play it on the switch as part of the Mana collection.
whats funny is Vita got the remastered version of the first one, ps4 got the second, and switch is getting the third as well as a collection of all 3 originals.

Have a repro cart of the 3rd game with a western translation. I don't know if it's the rom or the cart but it is very buggy. I also made the mistake of not having anyone in my party be a magic user. Maybe I'm playing the game wrong but none of my characters can cast spells

Must've been a timed exclusive. Bendy was exclusive for only 6 months.
It was not timed, shockingly. It was also supposed to be a single small print run, but preorders almost ate through the entire print run, so Gamestop convinced Square to print more, or they helped pay for more. I was an employee at the time of release. It sold well and Gamestop made a big deal that they struck a deal with Square to get it physical.

Mine was just delivered.  It's legit, doesn't appear to be bilingual or anything if it is a Canadian version.  Great deal, thanks OP!

Gamercandy is legit. I bought a $40 musterbrand Zelda backpack for $9 on their walmart storefront last year and it was the real deal.

That may have more to do with your mailman playing basketball with your package more than who shipped it.

Got mine, game smells great.
Mine was also loose, and I'm pretty sure we have different mailmen. I would've bought the Switch collection had I seen it before buying this...

I didn't know that. I still have my copy sealed...I'll get to it one of these days.

Yeah, I remember when it was announced they were very quiet on a physical release and internal Gamestop messaging basically made it seem like they pushed Square to print some physically, and they heavily suggested interested people to preorder because it was going to be a very small, one time print run. To the point they said about a week before launch that dont expect any to many extras because preorders almost ate through the entire printing. We had about 10 preorders and got like 2 extras I think? My store was a big store too, getting higher priority. They said they were able to get another small run done afterward, so every store got like 8 copies and thats what they have/had since.

They say that about every game

They wouldn't sell me the first Gears of War because I didn't preorder on release day. We only have enough to cover preorders.

I walked over to Best Buy and picked it up. I grabbed the the 3rd copy back in the 4 rows of them.

I mean it's marketing and people buy into it.

Make sure you pre-order two in case it's rare!!

You are comparing a game that was sold at every retailer who sells video games nationwide and a game that was sold only at Gamestop and is a remake of a classic SNES game. I am sure GS/SE did not print millions of copies like they do with other titles. Is this game going to be worth $100 next week or next year, unlikely. But for the $8-12 this was going for the other week, it is a no brainer if you're a fan of the game.

If it doesn't become rare it was only a few bucks. If it does become rare, it was a nice bonus.

Modern commercial games are seldom rare, and are highly unlikely to hold much value in the long run.
