Vault Insider Program Codes are redeemed at https://borderlands.com/en-US/vip-codes/ for points that you can use to unlock weapons, skins, heads and golden keys for Borderlands 3

You will need to signup for the VIP program before being able to redeem the codes. 

Borderlands Vault Insider Program Sign up   - Non referral link and Referral link if you want to use it. 

The Vault Insider Program will be discontinued as of 11:59pm PDT on May 18, 2020. All VIP profiles will be disabled and unredeemed VIP points will be forfeited. You can still earn and spend VIP points until then, and even after the VIP shutoff, all your rewards will still be associated with your linked SHiFT account. Be sure to spend your VIP points before May 18, 2020 so you don't lose them!

Yea he is still in the base game and it looks like they are gonna have 3 seasons in the Vault Insider Program

Also new Vault code "BRINGMEABUCKET" and creator code as well. That code can be used on both Vault and Creator code for 250 each.

I just found out that the code has already expired but has been replaced with MAYHEM

If you were able to redeem the other code you can use MAYHEM for an extra 250 points

It gets you into the chocolate factory.

...wait, that's golden tickets...

Golden keys unlock a unique golden loot chest in game. From the Borderlands wiki: "These chests contain weapons of purple or magenta rarity, and relics may be blue or purple. All loot is scaled to the character used to open the chest at the time."
