Just looking for advice on where to look for the best price on a "like new" or New Samsung Galaxy Note 9 phone (most likely AT&T carrier). Best sites / stores for a good price? Really want to get one this month.

I would suggest swappa. I've used that site many times and never had an issue. Have to look at the description and pics of the devices very closely. Most sellers accept returns if there's an issue as well.
