Oh Wombat, that little dead corvette was the funniest shit I’ve heard in a long time. You cracked up Cheapy and Ship too because it was so quick. Thank you for the funny.

Good show guys. Wombat thanks for the multiple Armours in Outer Worlds tip. I was trying to have 1 ultimate outfit but this works better.

My snarky review...

CheapyD doesn't play videogames anymore.

Wombat discussed Outer Worlds again, repeating things from last week (which I don't have a problem with, all VG discussion is good).

Shipwreck?  He can't even finish saying the game he is playing and enjoying.

Borderlaaaa....

I too found it odd that Blizzard announced Diablo 4 was being made for X1 and PS4.  No way it's coming out next year.  They said during one of their panels that this game isn't coming out soon, not even Blizzard soon.  That makes me think it won't be out for another 3-4 years.  In comparison, Diablo 3 was announced in 2008 and released in 2012.  I think Overwatch 2 will be out much sooner than D4.

I think D4 looks great and I'm very much looking forward to it.  I didn't like Diablo 3 as much as Diablo 2 but still put a lot of time into it.

In an effort to find the best Diablo clone, Grim Dawn is the only one I really enjoyed.  I tried Path of Exile, Titan Quest and Torchlight but none of those managed to really grab me.

Cheapy, Blizzard cinematics are the best out there!  Definitely worth the watch regardless!

The original Clash of the Titans, and all the Ray Harryhausen movies, are fantastic.  I love em all!

My favorite video game song is Tristram from Diablo 2.  It's hauntingly beautiful.

Cheapy’s hatred for Nintendo is strong in this one. Complains about voices, complains about co-op in Luigi’s Mansion (even tho it takes about an hour to unlock it), complains about lack of table tennis in the Olympics game (but doesn’t bother to look and see if it’s included, which it is). Geezus dude, stick to another system then! Luigi’s Mansion is fantastic btw, my daughter and I have played some almost every day since it came out.

The show was great overall, but wow, Cheapy's quick negativity is such a downer at times. Calm down a bit. It almost feels like he cannot comprehend why anyone would like any game that he specifically doesn't like.

Also, I've never been annoyed with his table tennis talk until now, when he really pushed on it for the Olympics game. Breathe Cheapy.

I’ve heard you guys mention long old times being a killer for a few games in the past and I couldn’t agree more. It might be a little late in the generation but I highly recommend buying a solid state drive and an external enclosure. I did this a few months ago and the time difference is definitely tangible. I’ve been playing Outer Worlds on the external drive and I barely notice the load times. Keep up the great work, love listening to the show!
